Executive HQ
A Launchpad for
Identity, Direction, and Execution
For high-potential young professionals who know they’re capable of more — and are ready to move like it.
Most people your age are guessing.
Following paths they didn’t choose. Building resumes instead of direction. Waiting for clarity to appear. Executive HQ exists for the few who are ready to take themselves seriously — early.
For young professionals at the beginning of their path, the challenge is rarely intelligence or ambition. More often, it’s a lack of structure, clear direction, and proximity to people who know how to build something real.
You Don’t Need More Information
You need direction and proximity to people who already operate at a higher level.
Two Tracks. One Standard.
Executive HQ is not a course, a cohort, or a traditional program. It’s a live environment where you will clarify who you are, define what you’re building, and actually begin executing it. This is where potential becomes movement. Whether you are preparing for a corporate path or trying to build a startup for the first time, Executive HQ is designed to help you move with more clarity and less noise.
You have a plan; now you need to execute.
The next step is refining your professional identity. This includes real decision-making, clarity under pressure, and proximity to people who operate at a higher level. Without that, potential stalls — quietly. Not because you’re incapable. Because you’re unstructured. For many early-career professionals, this is the difference between drifting and building momentum.
Corporate Track
Led by Hayley Miller
For early career professionals entering or navigating structured environments such as corporate, consulting, finance, and other high-performance settings.
Create and strategize your career trajectory. Learn how to operate inside systems — not get lost in them.

Communication and professional presence
Navigating hierarchy and power dynamics
Building trust with leadership
Accelerating your trajectory early
Developing a stronger career direction
This track is designed for young professionals who want to move intentionally inside established organizations.
Founder Track
Led by Chloé Miller
For first-time founders, early builders, and individuals who are serious about building something of their own.
Bring the idea. Develop your framework. Build it for real. Build and scale your systems — don’t get overwhelmed and stop.
Focus includes:
Idea → clarity → structure
Decision-making and execution
Positioning your first business
Learning how to build a startup without overcomplicating the process
Avoiding the mistakes most first-time founders make
This track is designed for individuals who want to build a startup, test an idea, or move from concept into real-world execution.
There is no fixed curriculum. No passive learning. No generic roadmap.
This is built around real conversations, real decisions, and real-time execution.
You don’t sit and consume.
You engage and build.
That matters, especially for young professionals who are already thinking seriously about their future and do not want to waste years trying to figure everything out alone.

We Build With You
Some individuals move beyond guidance.
They bring something real — a business, a direction, a decision that matters.
These are not casual engagements.
They are high-trust, high-proximity working relationships focused on building something that actually holds.
Access is limited and by invitation.
Those Building Something
You have an idea — or the beginning of one — and you’re ready to take it seriously. Not someday. Now. You don’t want to spend years overthinking or consuming information. You want to build a startup, test what’s real, and move with clarity from the start.
Executive HQ is for
Those Navigating What Already Exists
You’re entering — or already inside — a corporate or professional environment. You want more than just a job. You want direction. You’re focused on understanding how to operate, build trust, and move early in your career with intention.
This includes young professionals, early-career builders, and first-time founders who are ready to move with more clarity and intention.
Executive HQ is based in Boulder and shaped in part by ongoing conversations with ambitious students and emerging professionals connected to the University of Colorado community.
What began as guest lectures and mentoring conversations quickly revealed a larger need: young professionals do not just need advice. They need a higher-standard environment to think clearly, choose direction, and execute.

Start With A Conversation
We don’t offer open enrollment.
Every relationship begins with a direct conversation to determine where you are, what you’re building, and whether Executive HQ is the right environment for you. From there, we identify the appropriate path — or we don’t proceed.
