Hayley Miller is an executive strategist and transformation architect known for her rare ability to decode complexity, lead through high-stakes transitions, and scale systems that actually work.

With over a decade of experience in post-merger integration, organizational design, and people-centered leadership, Hayley brings both technical clarity and emotional intelligence to her work with founders, operators, and emerging executives. From navigating corporate restructures to unlocking stalled growth, she supports her clients with sharp strategic insight and grounded operational thinking — the kind that produces results behind the scenes and builds legacy in plain sight.

A Career Built on Systems, Strategy, and Scale

Before joining Executive HQ™, Hayley led strategic initiatives for global firms including Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Miller Capital Advisory. At 25, she contributed to the execution of a $1B+ dual acquisition in luxury retail — supporting both the financial and operational integration of the asset and operating company.

She later became a go-to partner in restoring tenant cash flow and continuity during the global shutdown, negotiating directly with over 200 national brands to stabilize revenue and preserve asset value. That performance earned her a seat on the global post-merger strategy team, where she became Six Sigma Black Belt and Design Thinking certified — co-leading internal transformation that redefined cross-functional workflows at scale.

Today, she brings that same quiet fire to Executive HQ™ — helping clients move through pressure, reinvention, and inflection points with clarity, strength, and deep strategic alignment.

In addition to her work with professional clients, Hayley leads our Gen Z Student Leadership Track — a specialized offering for CU Boulder students and emerging leaders. This track brings her executive expertise into the classroom, helping young adults build real-world leadership skills with an emotionally intelligent, systems-based approach.
