Executive HQ™ was created by Chloé Miller, MA, a serial entrepreneur, dual-trained psychotherapist, and executive performance coach who specializes in the emotional, psychological, and strategic realities of high-stakes leadership.
As Chloé built her portfolio of companies and worked side-by-side with founders, executives, and public-facing leaders, she saw a missing piece in leadership development: The integration of emotional intelligence, identity architecture, and operational clarity.
To expand the incubator model, Chloé partnered with Hayley Miller, SSBB, an operationally trained leader with deep expertise in corporate navigation, communication strategy, and executive presence — particularly for women in male-dominated environments.
