About Chloé Miller, MA
Founder & Executive Performance Coach
A Strategic Partner
for High-Stakes Leaders
Chloé Miller, MA, is the Founder and Executive Performance Coach of Executive HQ™, a leadership incubator for executives, founders, and public-facing leaders navigating pressure, visibility, and pivotal transition.
She specializes in the psychological and emotional dimensions of leadership — helping clients regulate under intensity, communicate with precision, and step into the identity their next chapter demands.
Her approach integrates depth psychology, emotional intelligence, behavioral strategy, and identity architecture into a discipline she calls Holistic Leadership Intelligence™.
Leadership Requires More Than Strategy. It Requires Identity.
Chloé works with leaders whose roles demand internal clarity as much as external execution.
Her clients include:
C-suite executives navigating complexity and visibility
Founders preparing to scale, raise, or reinvent
Public-facing leaders balancing influence with pressure
High-performing professionals approaching executive ranks
Executives partner with her when they need:
Emotional regulation during inflection points
Confidential high-stakes decision support
Communication and presence under pressure
Identity refinement for career-defining transitions
Psychological depth beyond traditional coaching
She does not deliver surface-level tactics.
She reshapes how leaders think, respond, communicate, and lead.
The Intersection of Emotion, Identity & High Performance
With a decade of clinical training and post-graduate certification in advanced psychological frameworks, Chloé operates at the level where emotional intelligence and executive strategy converge. Her work draws from:
Internal Family Systems
Somatic and trauma-informed regulation
Leadership psychology
Identity architecture
Strategic communication
High-stakes performance coaching
This integration allows her to support leaders in moments that require more than performance optimization — moments that require transformation.

Working at the intersection of identity, visibility, and influence shaped her philosophy: leadership and identity are inseparable.
This early career, followed by dual graduate degrees in psychology, positioned her uniquely at the convergence of emotional intelligence, strategic identity, and performance under scrutiny.
Her work has been featured in Cosmopolitan, GQ, WGN, Bustle, Lifehacker, and other national outlets. She was a Forbes 30 Under 30 nominee for her earlier venture at the intersection of identity, relationships, and cultural behavior — AND, SWIPE RIGHT & Dating Hotline podcast.
